Yoga
Private Instruction:
One-on-one yoga practice can offer numerous benefits that group classes cannot provide. Firstly, individual attention from a yoga instructor means that adjustments and modifications can be made on a personal level to accommodate any physical limitations or injuries. This customized support can also help students progress at their own pace, without feeling left behind or unsupported. Additionally, one on one yoga can offer a more intimate and focused environment, conducive to concentration and quietness. This is perfect for those who prefer a more introspective and slower-paced practice, or who simply want to deepen their yoga experience. Ultimately, one on one yoga can provide a more personalized and transformative experience for both the mind and body.
Our yoga instructor helps our clients with breath work, understanding where the body is holding tension or pain, and how to strengthen and release tension from different areas of the body. With one or two private sessions our clients gain tools they can use with ease on their own at home, or to help them progress tour our small group class.
Mindful Movement Small Group Yoga: 10 spots per class.
Mindful movement yoga is a practice that combines the principles of mindfulness with traditional yoga movements. This style of yoga focuses on bringing one's attention to the present moment, paying attention to the breath and body sensations while transitioning through various yoga postures. The emphasis on mindfulness during the practice helps to calm the mind and reduce stress and anxiety, while physical movement promotes improved strength, balance, and flexibility. As a result, mindful movement yoga can leave practitioners feeling more grounded and centred in both their minds and bodies.
Supporting Wellness offers a small group yoga class to ensure that one feels safe and encouraged. Sometimes being in a big class can be intimidating preventing one to take the next steps toward wellness. At Supporting Wellness, we want our clients to have a personalized experience.
Sound Healing/Meditation
Are you feeling stressed out and overwhelmed? A sound healing and meditation class may be just what you need to help you relax, unwind, and find inner peace. Sound healing is a practice that uses sound vibrations to promote healing and balance in the body and mind. During a sound healing session, you'll lie down or sit comfortably while a certified sound healer plays various instruments, such as singing bowls, gongs, and chimes, to create calming and soothing sounds. This, coupled with guided meditation, can help reduce stress, anxiety, and physical pain. Sound healing and meditation classes offer a safe space to disconnect from the chaos of everyday life and connect with your inner self. Give it a try - your mind and body will thank you.

This luxurious skincare treatment includes a combination of techniques such as cleansing, exfoliating, facial massage, and moisturizing. The main goal of a relaxation facial is to soothe your skin and relieve any tension in your facial muscles. Some of the benefits of a relaxation facial include reducing stress, improving circulation, minimizing the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, enhancing the skin's radiance, and leaving you with a deep sense of relaxation. Whether you're looking for a quick escape from the hustle and bustle of life, or simply want to pamper yourself, a relaxation facial is just what you need.
Equiscope Facial
Have you ever heard of an equiscope facial? This innovative skincare treatment is quickly gaining popularity for its ability to rejuvenate the skin and combat signs of aging. The equiscope device uses microcurrent technology (pica current) to stimulate the muscles and tissues in the face, resulting in a lifted, toned appearance. The treatment helps with facial contouring, and toning stimulates collagen and repairs the skin where damage may have occurred. But that's not all - the equiscope facial also promotes lymphatic drainage, reduces puffiness and dark circles, and improves skin texture and hydration. Say goodbye to dull, tired-looking skin and hello to a radiant, youthful complexion with the equiscope facial.
The equiscope facial & skin care can also be used for specific skin problems such as age spots, broken blood vessels, rosacea, eczema, bruising, nodules, skin tags, scars, and acne.
